Frequently asked questions

Does it change anything in Cowculator?

No. The uploader only reads copies of the data files. It never writes to the Cowculator folder or controls the software.

Who can see my data?

Only your farm's logins and AgriculturalAI (to run and support the service). Farms can never see each other's data.

Is this a replacement for my vet?

No. Alerts are AI-generated prompts to look at a cow. Always use your own judgement and your vet's advice.

What if my internet drops?

The uploader keeps trying and catches up when it's back. If we hear nothing for 30 minutes you get a "PC offline" alert.

Which parlours do you support?

ATL Cowculator M5 today. Sign up for the waitlist with DeLaval, Lely, GEA, Fullwood, BouMatic, Afimilk and others.

How does the trial work?

Two weeks free. Padraig sets you up and tunes alerts with your feedback. Then subscribe monthly by PayPal — or walk away. Price: 9p per cow per week for the first 120 cows, 8p for cows 121–250, 6p above 250.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from PayPal or by messaging us. You pay for the current month only.
