Terms of service
Template — review before launch.
1. The service
AgriculturalAI provides automated monitoring of parlour data with alerts, a farm portal and support. Works with any parlour software that can save a file.
2. Free trial and subscription
A free 2-week trial. Pay weekly or monthly. You're charged at the end of each week (or month) for the cows you milked. Payments are automatic through PayPal after your 2-week free trial. Cancel anytime. The price is a flat 10p per cow per week for every cow, whatever the herd size (monthly = weekly × 52 ÷ 12). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing week or month. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Prices exclude VAT if applicable.
3. Your responsibilities
Keep the parlour PC on and connected; tell us about herd changes; keep logins secure; ensure you may share the data (including staff IDs) with us; don't share passwords or bank details in chat.
4. Nature of alerts
Alerts are AI-generated and may be wrong or incomplete. They do not replace your judgement or veterinary advice. See the Disclaimer.
5. Data
You own your farm data. We process it under our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy policy. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service.
6. Liability
6.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
6.2 Subject to 6.1, we are not liable for loss of profits, milk, animals, production or business, or for indirect or consequential loss.
6.3 Subject to 6.1, our total liability arising from or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the subscription on notice. We may suspend for non-payment or misuse.
8. General
Governed by the law of England and Wales; courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (without affecting rights under Scottish or Northern Irish law where applicable).
